Uiteindelijk zorg je ervoor dat de machines preventief goed worden onderhouden zodat er zo weinig mogelijk storingen ontstaan.
Verder bestaan je taken en verantwoordelijkheden uit:
Zelfstandig uitvoeren van correctieve- en preventieve onderhoudstaken.
Controleren van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden door middel van proefdraaien.
Herstellen van defect geraakte onderdelen en het maken van onderdelen dan wel verzorgen voor een tijdelijke overbrugging.
Past waar nodig technische documentatie aan.
Correct veiligstellen van machines.
Proactief overleggen met leidinggevende over grote of specialistische reparaties.
Zorg dragen voor een veilige werkomgeving voor zowel jezelf als voor anderen.
Functie eisen
Om in aanmerking te komen voor de functie van Mechanisch Monteur beschik je over de volgende eigenschappen:
MBO 3 richting machinebankwerken/WTB
Kennis van mechanische systemen, hydrauliek, pneumatiek en technische tekeningen.
3 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
Woonachtig in of rondom regio Amsterdam.
Vca-certificaat (of bereidheid om dit te behalen).
