    Position: Security Staff-The Fillmore


    Job Summary:

    Role:
    Primary Responsibility:

    Assist in keeping the venue safe for guests by patrolling the premises, checking credentials at pass gates, monitoring barricade activity, searching guests for prohibited items, operating metal detectors, assisting in ejections, assisting the medical team with minor incidents, responding to emergencies and assisting the operations team to develop crowd management strategies.

    Additional Responsibility:

    Perform other various functions as assigned during concerts such as greeting guests, scanning tickets, and answering guest questions.

    Qualifications:

    Experience in concert security required. Alternatively, we may accept other similar forms of crowd management experience.

    The ability to solve problems as they arise.

    Position requires standing, constant walking, climbing stairs, bending, and occasionally lifting.

    The job site may have strobing lights, smog machines, and loud music. Most shifts working nights and weekends.

    We offer the required Proprietary Private Security Officer (PSO) training after hire.

    The expected compensation for this position is:

    $18.67 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly

    ** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
