Temp to Perm Position – Press Brake Operative

Location: Northampton
Hourly Rate: £14 – £16 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Operate press brake machinery to form precision sheet metal parts.
Interpret technical drawings to complete accurate work independently.
Work efficiently and maintain high quality across batches.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience operating press brakes in a production environment.
Strong attention to detail and a positive, can do attitude.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate within a team.
