What You'll Be Doing:
? Sourcing suitable candidates
? Screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews? Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews
? Reviewing applications and ensuring compliance? Assisting applicants with documentation and onboarding? Following our compliance processes? Booking successful candidates into training
What We're Looking For:
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or customer service Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience using applicant tracking systems A confident and professional telephone manner A keen eye for attention to detail and a calm, patient approach A team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
Valid Driving Licence and you own vehicle is preferred, as you will be required to attend our Eastbourne and Gatwick branches monthly
