About the role – Deputy Head of Year
I am currently working with this mainstream secondary school in Redbridge who are looking for a Deputy head of year to start with them ASAP. The school are looking for a candidate who can assist the head of year to develop, lead and manage the welfare for students in Years’ 9, 10 and 11. The successful candidate will be overseeing the running and management of the Pastoral/inclusion rooms where they will also be involved with the overall monitoring of year groups.
