You Are:
You are a highly skilled and experienced Analog Design Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology. With over 14 years of experience in CMOS analog and mixed-signal circuit design, you bring a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of successful projects. You have a deep understanding of PLL loop operation and design, and you are proficient in custom circuit design in deep-submicron and FINFET CMOS technologies.
Your expertise extends to Hspice, Finesim, Prime Sim, or similar spice-type simulators, and you have experience with schematic entry in Synopsys Custom Designer or similar tools. You are a natural leader, capable of mentoring and providing technical guidance to team members. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and your problem-solving abilities allow you to tackle complex issues with ease.
You are detail-oriented, innovative, and always eager to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving field of analog design.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design and development of multiple types of PLL including Analog, digital, Integer, fractional, SSC PLL, and RF PLL.
Design of analog circuits such as VCOs, charge pumps, Bandgap reference, loop filter, ADCs, DACs, and voltage regulators.
Design of high-speed digital circuits such as pre-scalers, dividers, and clock distribution paths.
Coordinate design of test structures to enable testing of PLLs.
Custom circuit design with planar, FINFET, GAA technologies in bulk, SOI process.
Schematic entry, PLL characterization, and silicon correlation.
Provide mentoring and technical leadership to team members.
Coordinate silicon validation of PLL with test teams.

What You’ll Need:
10+ years of experience in CMOS analog and mixed-signal circuit design with MSEE or PhD. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and additional experience will also be considered.
Detailed knowledge of PLL loop operation and design.
Experienced in design of Ser Des blocks and/or PLL circuit components such as VCOs, charge-pumps, regulators, and high-speed dividers.
Proficiency in custom circuit design in deep-submicron and FINFET CMOS technologies and gate all around CMOS technologies.
Hspice, Finesim, Prime Sim, or similar spice-type simulators.
Schematic entry in Synopsys Custom Designer or similar tools.
Experience with silicon validation of PLL or other clocking circuitry is a plus.
Knowledge of digital timing in Prime Time and/or Nanotime is an asset.
