Qualifications
Must have 5+ years of experience of working in earthmoving / construction equipment segment
Those with 10+ yrs can be considered for manager or senior roles. Rock breakers sales experience will be most relevant
Should have worked in any one of the following
As sales engineers with OEMs like JCB / Hitachi / Volvo / CAT / Sany / similar equipment manufacturer etc
Or worked with dealers of above OEMs
Or worked as service engineer for min 10 years with any OEM or OEM Dealer or Rock breaker dealers
Must have done sales ( either rock-breakers or equipment ) in the past
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for your Zone and its P&L for Rock breakers line of business
Team leads can build their sales team for their respective zone
Compensation will be better than market benchmark for deserving candidates
Office Location
Pashan - Pune, Sales has to do field sales and regular on site customer visit
