    This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.
    Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.
    R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
    Job Description
    Manage for industrial engineering standards, routing, ergonomics, MTM, time data management in routing, Plant layout and support PGL for Hemaraj Plant.
    Manage for ergonomic design of work system & Load Force Limits by Legal.
    Manage for workplace design and development of work system with MTM and VicTa.
    Manage for time data management standard time for employee and machine with allowance time.
    Lead for standardized work in StaB chart for work station for define standard working times
    Support release new machine for the topic of Ergonomic, Legal and MTM.
    Support to coordinate with cross function in BOI topic. New BOI project preparation, revise
    current BOI certificated.
    Support for Planning Guideline (PGL) HmjP new MAE and MAE Plant layout control
    Support Production Dept. Routing verification for each products part number.
    Support CIP activity, Cycle time improvement and support IATF16949 audit from internal and external auditor.
    Qualifications
    Qualification
    Bachelor's Degree with industrial engineering or related field
    Experience in automotive manufacturing
    Competence experience in industrial engineering standard
    Knowledge in BOI process, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
    Good in English for communication
