JUNIOR HELP-DESKLa risorsa lavorerà a diretto riporto dell’ICT Technical Coordinator, e si occuperà di tutte le attività legate alla gestione dell’hardware e dei software dei dispositivi aziendali, fornendo assistenza informatica agli utenti per la risoluzione delle diverse problematiche riscontrate. Sarà la figura ICT di riferimento di tutti gli utenti dello stabilimento, per il servizio di assistenza informatica: dall’identificazione e risoluzione delle problematiche di base dei dispositivi e delle infrastrutture di rete e dei collegamenti internet, fino alla collaborazione con il team di specialisti interni o esterni per la risoluzione di problemi ICT più complessi.
Attivita':
Installazione dei dispositivi hardware (PC, stampanti, workstation...) e degli accessori ICT;
Installazione dei sistemi operativi;
Identificare e gestire le problematiche di base dei dispositivi e dell’infrastruttura di rete e di collegamento internet;
Eseguire attività ordinarie di manutenzione ICT.
Requisiti:
· Diploma tecnico ad indirizzo informatico
· Buona conoscenza dell’ambiente Microsoft, del pacchetto Office e dei sistemi operativi mobili.
· Capacità di problem solving, unite a buone capacità relazionali e comunicative e di organizzazione delle attività operative.
