    Hunter s client, a long–established and highly respected residential block management firm, is seeking a confident, experienced Property Manager to join their senior team. Managing over 200 developments across Sussex and Hampshire, they need someone who can hit the ground running, make informed decisions, and take full ownership of a high–quality portfolio.

    This is a hands–on, senior role reporting to Directors, with the support of a skilled team around you.

    Senior Property Manager – The Role:

    • Handle day–to–day leaseholder queries and manage emergencies with confidence

    • Instruct and oversee contractors for minor works; approve invoices

    • Prepare service charge budgets and oversee long–term maintenance planning

    • Manage Health & Safety compliance (FRA s, Asbestos, NICEIC reports, etc.)

    • Liaise with surveyors, consultants, insurers, and solicitors

    • Issue statutory notices under Landlord & Tenant legislation

    • Conduct regular site inspections and uphold high standards

    Senior Property Manager – What We're Looking For:

    • Experience in residential block management

    • Strong knowledge of building construction and leasehold law

    • Detail–driven, organised, and highly self–sufficient

    • Excellent communication and client–handling skills

    • IRPM or RICS qualified (or working towards it)
