Position: ACMV PROJECT MANAGER
esponsible for full contract management, monitoring, and guiding the team, with end-to-end reporting on project progress to the Executive Director.

* - Supervise a team of site staff and engineers. Plan and organize daily work, execute projects, prepare project schedules, milestone reports, and conduct manpower planning.
- Participate in the preparation of technical specifications and design requirements. Conduct tender site walkthroughs for project work and manage contracts.
- Ensure effective project management during the implementation of design, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Oversee that all installation engineers, workers, and subcontractors complete their tasks within allocated time frames.
- Promote safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements.
- Investigate accident and incident reports, and recommend preventive measures or improvements to mitigate recurrence.
- Review contractor design submissions, update as-built drawings, and attend site meetings/inspections.
- Make informed judgment calls and decisions based on industry experience.
- Ensure that all work meets current standards and delivers excellent customer service.
- Liaise with office staff to help resolve queries from customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Provide suggestions for improving practices within the company.

* Job Requirements:

* - A minimum of 5 years of ACMV experience in Singapore is a must.
- Seeking career progression opportunities.
- Adequate qualifications in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industrial codes, standards, and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
