About the role
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service?
We're looking for a dedicated Payments Officer to join our team, supporting all aspects of customer service within the Income Tax Division. In this role, you'll handle payments, process refunds, reconcile transactions, and assist clients both at the public counter and over the phone. Your accuracy and professionalism will help ensure a smooth experience for customers while maintaining financial integrity.
You'll also play a key role in processing invoices, managing financial records, and keeping client information up to date. With opportunities for continuous development, you'll stay ahead of changes in income tax and Government Financial Regulations.
