    Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Reservations Agent for one of our well established clients based in South Kerry.
    The main responsibilities for the role are to assist with the everyday reservations and bookings for an established golf course which will include managing all inquiries, planning and organising all aspects of itineraries for golf members, managing transport and logistics bookings, arranging accommodation and offering exceptional customer service, enhancing the experience of the club members and showcasing the property and its facilities.
    REQUIREMENTS
    2 Years experience working in a reservations agent / reservations and administration role essential
    Previous experience working in a golf club reservations department considered a distinct advantage
    Experience with managing reservations, transport and logistics, golf itineraries, processing payments and billing
    Excellent Communication, Organisation, Time Management skills
    Well presented, professional manner with a positive attitude and customer service orientated
    Computer proficient and experience with using and updating CRM’S and software packages
    Flexible attitude to working hours as this role will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rotation basis
