    Responsibilities Campaign Management:
    Lead digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other online channels, targeting current clients, prospects, and leads.

    Strategic

    Collaboration:

    Partner with Division Directors, Business Development Managers, and Team Leads to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

    Metrics & Reporting:
    Work closely with the Marketing Director to set, monitor, and report on key marketing metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.

    Search Engine Optimization:
    Support the development and maintenance of website content, including new pages, content updates, and overall site management to meet SEO goals.

    Content Creation:
    Manage the creation of marketing content, including emails, one-pagers, case studies, and social media posts, ensuring consistency with marketing goals.

    Event & Tradeshow Management:
    Develop strategies for trade shows and events, identify sponsorship opportunities, and maximize exhibiting participation.

    Brand Strategy:
    Manage and maintain the company's brand strategy across all marketing channels

    Team Oversight:
    Provide guidance and oversight to junior marketing staff, ensuring quality and consistency in content creation, campaign management, and branding updates

    Vendor Management:
    Collaborate with external stakeholders to fulfill marketing requests as needed

    Other job-related duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    Completion of a four-year undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent knowledge, experience or skills3+ years' experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field

    Prior experience working with a CRM, Salesforce preferred

    Prior experience with Email Marketing or Marketing Automation platforms, Pardot/Account Engagement preferred

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
