We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media (B2B) Analyst, Paid & Organic, to join our team and drive our B2B social media strategies to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Media
Plan, execute, and optimise Linked In paid campaigns , ensuring maximum ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and messaging to improve performance.
Continuously analyse campaign data and implement strategies to enhance effectiveness.
Organic Social Media
Monitor and optimise organic content performance , audience engagement, and brand reach.
Collaborate with the content team to identify high-performing posts and refine content strategies.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimisation
Track and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Provide media planning assistance , suggest creative strategies, and contribute to campaign ideation.
Develop detailed client-facing reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with social media algorithm changes, ad policies, and best practices .
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on both paid and organic strategies.
Proficiency in Linked In Campaign Manager and other analytics & scheduling tools.
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract insights and optimise strategies.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
Knowledge of SEO principles and social media algorithms.

Knowledge of Asana and Slack
Knowledge of Sprout Social
Linked In Social Media Campaign Management
Proficiency in the English language
