Aufgaben
Du unterstützt die Standortleitung bei der operativen Führung der Zustellstandortes
Du agierst als Non-Playing Captain und übernimmst die Koordination des Tagesgeschäftes der Zustellbasis
Du koordinierst gemeinsam mit der Standortleitung die Personalplanung
Qualifikation
kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten, Verhandlungssicherheit und Fingerspitzengefühl
Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, idealerweise im Logistikbereich oder in der Produktion
Fähigkeit zur Weiterentwicklung eines Teams
Führerschein B
