    What You’ll Do:
    ✅ Source & screen top talent through job boards, networking & social media
    ✅ Conduct interviews & coordinate with hiring managers
    ✅ Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current & future roles
    ✅ Build lasting relationships & provide an exceptional hiring experience
    ✅ Assist in onboarding & ensure a smooth transition for new hires

    What We’re Looking For:
    ✔ Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR (preferred)
    ✔ Excellent communication & people skills
    ✔ Ability to multitask & manage multiple roles
    ✔ Familiarity with ATS & recruitment tools is a plus
    ✔ Self-motivated & goal-oriented mindset
