Job Summary:
As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design and development of real-time embedded systems for a wide range of new and existing instrumentation and control products in all phases of the product development life cycle. You will have an opportunity to interact with customers and work within cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, and test) to implement the next generation of mechatronic control and instrumentation systems.
You will have a direct impact on the success of our ICVS product lines by fulfilling the key responsibilities of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-performance embedded software for control systems within cost-effective hardware constraints.
Design user-friendly touch screen interfaces to enhance customer usability.
Collaborate on hardware design to ensure system requirements are met while achieving cost and time goals.
Drive the software life cycle, including requirements analysis, work estimates, software architecture/system design, test cycles, production release, and support.
Serve as a customer liaison, visiting North American HQs to assist with technical sales and product development (
