    I am delighted to share that I am working with a leading Insurance provider who are based in Cork City Centre. They are currently seeking to hire an Emergency Case Manager to join their busy team.

    Location: Cork City Centre with option to WFH
    Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 DOE
    Position: Permanent
    Working Hours: 12.5 hour shifts over 4 days per week, Monday to Sunday. Four days on, five days off - Notified well in advance.

    What will the role entail?
    Dealing with difficult phone calls on a daily basis
    Knowing how to prioritize most important tasks first
    Dealing with paperwork associated with cases
    Liaising with various important key stakeholders to resolve issues
    What do you need to have?
    Ability to work well under pressure
    Resilience to sensitive situations and phone calls
    Ability to prioritize tasks
    Very experienced in thinking on one's feet
    Strong attention to detail
    Availability to work specific weekends and open to shift work
    Previous Escalation experience is highly desirable
