En Lexim Solutions nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Staff Engineer – Data Engineering con al menos 5 años de experiencia, para sumarse a un proyecto innovador en el ámbito de soluciones de Recursos Humanos.
El Staff Engineer – Data Engineering será responsable del diseño, desarrollo y optimización de soluciones de ingeniería de datos para mejorar la gestión, transformación y análisis de datos dentro de la organización. Trabajará con herramientas avanzadas de ETL/ELT y plataformas en la nube, asegurando eficiencia, seguridad y escalabilidad en los procesos de datos.
FUNCIONES
Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas de datos para la integración y transformación eficiente de la información.
Desarrollar y optimizar procesos de ETL/ELT para mejorar la calidad y disponibilidad de los datos.
Administrar y monitorear plataformas de integración de datos como Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud (IICS) y AWS Glue .
Colaborar con equipos de Business Intelligence (BI) para mejorar la accesibilidad y el análisis de datos.
Garantizar la seguridad, calidad y gobernanza de los datos mediante auditorías y monitoreo continuo.
Documentar los procesos y mejores prácticas en la gestión de datos.
Liderar iniciativas estratégicas en procesamiento y almacenamiento de datos.
Requisitos
Técnicos
Excluyentes:
Experiencia avanzada en ETL/ELT y procesamiento de datos .
Dominio de Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud (IICS) y AWS Glue .
Diseño y optimización de arquitecturas de datos en la nube.
Deseables:
Conocimientos en AWS Redshift, S3, Lambda .
Experiencia con Python, Shell y SQL avanzado .
Familiaridad con Big Data y procesamiento distribuido .
Generales
Excluyentes:
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
Nivel avanzado de inglés (oral y escrito).
Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario de EE.UU. (preferentemente PST, pero flexibles con CST).
Experiencia en desarrollo y optimización de soluciones de datos en entornos empresariales de gran escala.
