    About the job Financial Analyst
    Position Overview
    The Financial Analyst / Cost Controller plays a key role in financial planning, cost control, and analysis to support the company's decision-making process. This position will focus on corporate financial monitoring, budget control, and reporting, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
    Key Responsibilities
    Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
    Develop and manage financial models to support strategic decision-making.
    Conduct cash flow forecasting based on balance sheet methods.
    Monitor and control corporate costs to ensure budget compliance.
    Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    Support the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    Collaborate with internal teams and headquarters to provide financial insights.
    Ensure financial practices comply with corporate policies and international standards.
    Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
    Maintain financial documentation and ensure reporting accuracy.
    Requirements
    Thai nationality
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering (basic accounting knowledge preferred)
    5-10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, cost control, or a related field.
    Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
    Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
