Aufgaben
C-Level Beratung (meist CFOs) verschiedener Branchen und Kunden zu Corporate Governance bzw. Corporate Performance Fragestellungen - organisatorisch wie inhaltlich, von Konzeptentwicklung bis zu erfolgreicher Implementierung, Seite an Seite mit Belegschaft & Top-Management
Thematischer Fokus auf Controlling & Finance (Teil-) Projekte mit Augenmerk auf Nachhaltigkeitsthemen wie Dekarbonisierung, ESG-Regularien oder Circular Economy
Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen mit Schwerpunkt auf nachhaltige Unternehmensführung
Begleitung regulatorischer Maßnahmen zur Erreichung definierter Nachhaltigkeitsziele
Konzeptionierung neuer Berichts- und Steuerungsprozesse
Verantwortung für die Integration von Nachhaltigkeitskriterien in (Finance) Prozesse
(Je nach Erfahrungslevel) Netzwerkerweiterung durch regelmäßige Präsenz auf renommierten Messen und Veranstaltungen
(Je nach Erfahrungslevel) Führungsverantwortung
Last but not least: Einbringen innovativer und nachhaltiger Ansätze zur internen Prozess-Optimierung!
Qualifikation
Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englisch Kenntnisse
Mind. 2 Tage wöchentliche Reisebereitschaft (primär österreichweit, fallweise international)
Absolviertes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -ingenieurwesen, -informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Finance & Controlling
Profunde Expertise in Nachhaltigkeits-Themen: Dekarbonisierung, ESG-Regulatorien (CSRD, Lieferkettengesetz, EU-Taxonomie), Circular Economy
Ideal: einschlägige Management Consulting Erfahrung
Consulting / Projektmangement-Skills: Analysemethoden sowie Planungs-, Entscheidungs- und Moderationstechniken
Nice-to-have: Erste Erfahrung in Führungs- oder Projektverantwortung
