Aufgaben
Du steuerst und setzt die Verkaufsaktivitäten der gesamten Produktpalette in deiner Filiale um und stellst sicher, dass erstklassige Kunden- und Serviceorientierung im Mittelpunkt steht.
Dein Kommunikationstalent ist dabei ein echter Pluspunkt.
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die gesamte Personalführung in deiner Filiale, motivierst dein Team und führst es zielorientiert zu Erfolgen.
Du sorgst dafür, dass deine Filiale die Werte und Qualität der Post nach außen hin überzeugend repräsentiert und ein positives Kundenerlebnis hinterlässt.
Minimum Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkauf.
Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil.
Sicheres und seriöses Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Service- und Kundenorientierung.
Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
