Responsabilitati
Monitorizarea livrarii si gestionarea stocurilor cu termene de valabilitate, solicitand semnatura angajatilor la primirea marfii (pe documente);
Asigurarea livrarii si alcatuirea loturilor de produse conform graficelor si procedurilor de valabilitate;
Procesarea documentelor de livrare in timp real in aplicatia informatica;
Intocmirea bonurilor de predare/transfer/restituire in caz de retur, precum si documentelor aferente si inregistrarea acestora in sistem;
Completarea fiselor de magazie si proceselor verbale de predare-primire pentru produsele finite, verificand concordanța cantitaților din sistem cu cele din procesul verbal;
Asigurarea depozitarii produselor neconforme in spatiile dedicate;
Respectarea normele de igiena si HACCP la manipularea produselor de panificatie;
Menținerea curațeniei si ordinii in depozit si pe rampa de incarcare.
