Our South Coast office is currently on the lookout for a talented, dedicated 360 Recruitment Consultant that thrives within a rapidly expanding and busy office. You will need to be a driver as you may be visiting schools that are further away or have remote locations.
We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who acts with passion, honesty and integrity. The ability to adapt your communication styles, both written and verbal, to the needs of each candidate is essential.
You will be deadline and target oriented, and pride yourself on a consistently high standard of work with an excellent eye for detail and quality. You will be a driven, ambitious person who thrives in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.... A great sense of humour would be a huge advantage!

The role involves:
* Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
* Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media
* Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
* Build a strong working relationship with current clients
* Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
* Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
* Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
* Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
* Working towards and exceeding targets that relate to number of candidates placed
* Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
