Night Shift Duty Manager at M&S, Gatwick Airport North Pay Rate: From 1st April pay rate is £13.80 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.30 per hour.
Shift Pattern: We have Full-Time (40hrs) roles available. Shift times are 22:00pm - 06:00am, any 5 nights out of 7, working flexibly over weekdays, weekends and bank holidays
Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.
At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in a similar high volume retail role is preferred.
