Conciliar contas de ativo, passivo, despesas e receitas, identificando e providenciando os ajustes necessários. Classificar e preparar lançamentos diversos, como faturamento, folha de pagamento, recibos, avisos bancários etc. Apurar, classificar e lançar a receita a apropriar sobre aplicações financeiras. Apurar, controlar e efetuar os lançamentos relativos ao I. R. R. F. , preparando as guias para recolhimento. Efetuar registros em órgãos e repartições públicas, como Junta Comercial, preenchendo e entregando os documentos Necessários. Controlar a emissão e registro dos livros Diário, Razão e outros destinados à escrituração da das atividades da empresa. Administrar os parâmetros utilizados para a emissão e entrada de notas fiscais. Administrar o Plano de Contas. Administrar os parâmetros de regras contábeis e permissões. Analisar e administrar os controles de Contingências e Provisões. Requisitos: Conhecimento em Normas Contábeis (ênfase em CPCs 04, 06, 27, 28 e 29). Conhecimento em Conciliação de Contas Patrimoniais. Conhecimento em controle de Ativo Imobilizado. Atendimento a auditoria interna e externa (big4). Excel avançado.
