We are seeking a professional and organised Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join our clients well established law firm. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while supporting smooth office operations and delivering exceptional client service.
Roles And Responsibilities
Greet clients and manage front desk operations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and schedule appointments.
Prepare, format, and file legal documents.
Maintain and organise client files (physical and electronic).
Assist with court filings and legal submissions.
Provide general administrative support to legal staff.
Experience And Skills
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficient in typing and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Ability to be on site 5 days a week.
