    Position Overview: Kelco Communications are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Vodafone telecom solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and target potential SMB clients within the assigned territory.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    Present and demonstrate Vodafone's telecom solutions, including mobile, fixed-line, broadband, and IoT products.
    Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
    Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in B2B sales is preferred.
    Strong understanding of telecom products and services.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    It is essential that you hold a full, clean, Irish driving licence.
