    Ubicación: Ometepec, Guerrero
    Objetivo del Puesto:
    Ejecutar el proceso de Atracción y Contratación de personal operativo paras las Tiendas OXXO asegurando el apego al perfil requerido a través de la aplicación de los filtros y metodología definida por el Centro de Reclutamiento.
    Actividades clave del Rol:
    Diseña la estrategia de atracción de personal según diagnostico local acorde a las necesidades y contexto del negocio al que se encuentre brindando el servicio para reclutar al talento de acuerdo con el perfil target.
    Realizar el proceso de Atracción, Selección y Contratación de Personal alineado a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por FEMSA y OXXO.
    Asegurar la Contratación de Personal en tiempo y forma en sinergia con los integrantes del Centro de Reclutamiento y Administración de Personal, e integrar el expediente digital de personal.
    Monitorear la atracción de candidato de las diferentes fuentes de atracción, así como la gestión de estos.
    Realiza las visitas estructuradas a las tiendas, las cuales están enfocadas a identificar necesidades de atracción proactivamente.
    Impacto en Toma de Decisiones:
    Elegir eventos y métodos de atracción acordes a las necesidades.
    Revocar el proceso de contratación de candidatos que no aprueben alguno de los filtros de RyS definidos.
    Requisitos:
    Experiencia previa en reclutamiento en campo y/o reclutamiento masivo, y operativo. Gestión e innovación en ideas de reclutamiento, y captación de talento. Creación de contenido para redes sociales
    Escolaridad: Título y/o cédula.
    Software: Excel intermedio, Power Point intermedio, POWER BI deseable.
    Competencias: Toma de decisiones, organización y ejecución, relaciones efectivas.
    Modalidad: Sistema Híbrido
    Disposición de movilidad y conocimiento de zona.
