ABA Teaching Assistant – SW5
Location: SW5, London
Position: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £88 - £110 per day, depending on experience
Protocol Education is working with a primary school in SW5 seeking an ABA Teaching Assistant to support a young child in Year 2. This role involves using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behaviour (VB) techniques to provide tailored support for children with Autism. The school has a small, supportive environment with only six classes, currently catering to students up to Year 3.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing 1:1 and small group support for children with Autism
Implementing ABA and Verbal Behaviour strategies to enhance learning and communication
Developing your skills in specialist Autism support within a structured setting
Working collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to deliver individual education programmes
Requirements:
Passionate about supporting students with Autism
ABA experience and training required
A proactive and flexible approach to learning support
Ability to build strong professional relationships with students and staff
