    Au sein de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire et en étroite collaboration avec nos médecins, vous apportez vos compétences pour répondre aux besoins de prévention, de santé et sécurité au travail, des entreprises et des salariés suivis.
    Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
    · Suivi individuel de l'état de santé des salariés.
    · Identification des dangers et des risques pour la Santé et la Sécurité au Travail.
    · Réalisation d’actions collectives d’information et de sensibilisation portant sur la prévention des risques professionnels.
    · Actions en milieu de travail (pour exemple : études de postes, aide à la réalisation ou au complément de la Fiche d’Entreprise, participation aux CSSCT, réalisation d’actions de prévention liées à la santé etc...
    Et de manière transversale, vous participerez à des missions de :
    · Recherche, innovation et partage d’information
    · Santé, sécurité et conditions de travail
    · Qualité et amélioration continue
    · RSE, Diversité et Inclusion.
    Vous pouvez être amené(e) à réaliser des téléconsultations selon le profil des adhérents suivis.
    · Vous êtes Infirmier(e) Diplômé(e) d'État (IDE).
    · La détention du DIUST (Diplôme Inter Universitaire Santé Travail) ou la licence professionnelle santé travail ou du cycle AFOMETRA serait un plus.
    · Idéalement, vous justifiez d'une première expérience en tant qu’infirmier(e) en entreprise ou dans le domaine de la santé au travail.
    · Vous aimez votre métier et aimez travailler en équipe, vous avez le sens du relationnel et de la communication.
    · Vous êtes une personne curieuse, fiable, qui est à l’aise avec les outils digitaux.
    CONDITIONS DU POSTE
    CADRE DE TRAVAIL AGILE
    · Temps plein 39h sur 5 jours : du lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 12h30, puis de 13h30 à 17h30 (16h30 le vendredi).
    · Aménagement possible : temps plein 39h sur 4 jours ou temps partiel 4 jours sur 5.
    · 23 jours de repos dits « RTT ».
    · Télétravail possible (téléconsultations) en fonction du portefeuille adhérents.
    · 5 jours de congé d’ancienneté / an (après 6 mois de présence).
    · Le mois d'août on décompresse !" : fermeture de Prevlink pendant 4 semaines le mois d’août.

    · Formation à la spécialité Santé au travail pour les débutants (IDE n’ayant jamais exercés en Santé au Travail).
