We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven HR Officer voor onze site Vadesco te Lier om ons team te versterken en onze groei te ondersteunen. Veel gevoel voor humor is een absolute must. We werken hard, maar lachen even hard!
Wat ga je doen?
In deze generalistische rol krijg jij de kans om actief bij te dragen aan de HR-dienstverlening op de site. Je focus ligt op payrollbeheer, administratieve taken en rekrutering. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en werkt nauw samen met de Sitemanager en je collega’s van het hoofdkantoor in Nazareth.
Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:
Payrollbeheer: Jij zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de payroll voor de medewerkers op de Lier-site.
Rekrutering:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige rekruteringsproces van chauffeurs op jouw site.
Daarnaast ondersteun je de rekrutering van bediendevacatures voor de hele Xwift-groep, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de HR Business Partners van ons hoofdkantoor in Nazareth om het wervingsproces efficiënt te laten verlopen.
Personeelsadministratie en facturatie: Jij beheert de administratieve HR-taken en facturatie en zorgt ervoor dat alles nauwkeurig en tijdig wordt verwerkt.
HR-gerelateerde vragen: Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers voor HR-gerelateerde vragen en biedt hen advies en ondersteuning waar nodig.
Wie ben jij en wat zijn je skills?
Je hebt een HR-diploma of een vergelijkbare richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een HR-functie, ervaring met rekrutering of payroll is een meerwaarde.
Je hebt basiskennis van sociale wetgeving en hebt zin om je hierin verder te verdiepen.
Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en houdt van variatie in je werk.
Je hebt goesting om te leren, initiatief te nemen en verantwoordelijkheden op te pakken.
Je gaat graag met mensen om en bent communicatief sterk.
Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Frans.
