    The Opportunity:

    As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understand their needs and qualify leads for our Managed IT Services, ensuring high-qualify opportunities are passed to our Account Managers and Account Executives. Your efforts will directly contribute to the booking of meaningful appointments driving revenue growth and building long lasting client relationships.

    Lead Qualification

    * Engage with potential clients to understand their IT challenges, business requirements and decision-making process.

    * Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria to determine their position and fit for our services.

    Appointment Scheduling

    * Schedule appointments of confirmed leads with the Account Managers and Account Executives ensuring a smooth hand over.

    * Coordinate calendars and managing scheduling logistics to optimise sales team efficiency.

    CRM Management

    * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.

    * Track the status of leads throughout the qualification process and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.

    Collaboration

    * Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

    * Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure alignment on qualified leads and sales strategies.

    Continuous Improvement

    * Identify opportunities to improve the lead qualification process.

    * Stay updated on the companies’ offerings to effective address client questions and objections.

    Essential Skills:

    * Must be able to demonstrate a successful history of new business generation.

    * Any cold calling background welcome i.e. any industry, any sector, B2B or B2C etc.

    * Must be a natural hunter, comfortable with high volume outbound sales activity.
