    A well-established niche SEN Recruitment Consultancy is currently recruiting for a self-motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their successful and expanding team in their modern Manchester Office

    This is a 360 recruitment role where you will be responsible for business development, conducting face to face visits with clients and other stakeholders, recruiting candidates and interviewing.

    Therefore you will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in education and/or social care advantageous. Strong business development skills, a proven track record in sales and strong communication skills are essential.

    In return, you will receive a great base salary with a highly attractive bonus scheme. Shift patterns and reduced working hours are available to suit your work/lifestyle.
