This role has come about due to growth in the business and will focus on managing incoming payments, resolving queries, and ensuring the smooth running of the receivables function.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Own the accounts receivable process - ensure payments are received, allocated accurately, and recorded efficiently.

    Be the go-to problem solver - investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, working closely with internal teams and external clients.

    Keep cash flowing - manage aged debt, support credit control efforts, and ensure timely collections.

    Drive financial accuracy - prepare reports on receivables, cash flow, and outstanding balances to support decision-making.

    Collaborate and communicate - build strong relationships across the business to streamline billing and payments.

    Support month-end processes - assist with reconciliations and reporting to keep everything running smoothly.

    Stay ahead of compliance - maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to company policies.

    Get involved - contribute to process improvements and ad hoc finance tasks to support the wider team.

    Candidate Attributes and Skills:

    Experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role

    Strong numerical and problem solving skills

    Excellent communication and relationship building abilities

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance software

    Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
