    Supply Chain Analyst

    Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

    Location: Poole, Dorset

    Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm

    Contract: Full Time, Permanent

    Our client pioneers inventive products crafted for enduring quality. They seek an Inventory/Supply Chain Analyst to assist the team in daily tasks to ensure all admin and stock ordering processes are maintained.

    Main Responsibilities:

    * Collaborate with the team to forecast order requirements and place orders with our supplier base.

    * Utilise inventory and forecasting management tools, web portals, and Excel to manage inventory and support the forecasting process.

    * Monitor supplier order books to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery.

    * Communicate with the client’s Far East office to expedite or defer orders as needed.

    * Contribute to planning for new product launches, range changes, seasonal stock inputs, and resolution of customer service issues.

    * Liaise effectively with internal departments to understand and meet customer requirements.

    * Provide efficient and friendly service to our customers.

    * Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the Supply Chain team.

    Skills/Experience Required:

    * Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and Outlook.

    * Supply chain experience within a retail environment is advantageous, but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.

    * Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

    * A positive team player with the ability to work independently.
