    A global industry leader is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven supply chain executive to oversee and optimize its regional supply chain and operations across APAC, covering Australia, New Zealand, China, Southeast Asia, and India.

    This is a rare opportunity to lead a complex, multi-country supply chain, manage an established operations team, and drive the procurement strategy, contract manufacturing, and operational efficiencies at a regional level.

    Job Description

    As the APAC Head of Supply Chain & Operations, you will report to the regional executive and take ownership of:

    End-to-End Supply Chain & Operations Leadership
    Oversee all supply chain functions, including purchasing, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships.
    Manage operations across multiple countries, ensuring seamless production, quality, and supply chain execution.
    Lead a large regional team of professionals across operations, purchasing, quality, and engineering.
    Lead manufacturing supplier engagement and contract negotiations, particularly in China, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia.
    Optimize cost, efficiency, and supplier performance, ensuring long-term partnerships.
    Enhance supply chain resilience and risk mitigation strategies.
    Ensure just-in-time delivery and cost optimization.
    Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, integrating sales forecasting, production planning, and material procurement.
    Optimize inventory levels, balancing working capital, cost, and service levels.
    Optimize SAP for better forecasting, purchasing, and planning.
    Mentor and develop a high-performing, multi-country team.
    Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives.
    Influence senior stakeholders and drive collaboration.

    The Successful Applicant

    We are looking for a seasoned supply chain leader who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and has a proven track record in APAC operations.

    10+ years of executive-level supply chain and operations experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technology-driven sectors.
    Proven ability to manage end-to-end supply chains, including contract manufacturing and procurement.
    Strong understanding of APAC supply chains, particularly in China, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia.
    Expertise in S&OP, procurement, inventory optimization, and cost-reduction strategies.
    Experience with SAP system for supply chain management, production planning, and procurement.
    Strong leadership in cross-cultural, geographically dispersed teams.
    Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, balancing cost, efficiency, and customer service.
    Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
    Ideally have experience across automation and AI.
