    What You’ll Do

    As a Care Assistant, you’ll:

    Promote Independence: Assist residents with daily routines like dressing, bathing, and staying active while supporting their independence.

    Deliver Personalized Care: Follow tailored care plans and provide thoughtful, hands-on support for every resident’s unique needs.

    Prioritize Wellbeing: Monitor residents’ health, communicate any concerns to the team, and liaise with family or healthcare professionals.

    Encourage Social Interaction: Create a warm, welcoming environment by encouraging social activities among residents and staff.

    Maintain Comfort: Work with the team to ensure clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces for our residents.

    Spread Joy: Above all, make a real difference in our residents’ lives by brightening their days and making them smile.

    About You

    We’re looking for passionate individuals who:

    Have an SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred, but not essential).

    Bring at least 6 months of care experience (preferred), but we welcome newcomers with the right attitude and transferable skills.

    Are compassionate, respectful, and driven to make a positive impact on others’ lives.
