Fornecer suporte à equipe de comercialização de sementes da Cooperativa através do atendimento a cooperados, terceiros, clientes e fornecedores. Emitir ordens de compra e realizar ajustes, quando necessário. Aprovar as ordens de compra dentro de parâmetros e alçadas estabelecidas pelo superior imediato. Manter controles de TSI. Efetuar controle financeiro das operações. Efetuar faturamento das operações de triangulação. Conhecer e aplicar o procedimento PRD-00237 (Atribuições e Responsabilidades em Segurança e Saúde). Manter controles de compras e vendas, acompanhando estoques, disponibilidades e necessidades. Confeccionar contratos de venda. Efetuar a conferência das programações lançadas no portal. Enviar relatórios específicos para ADAPAR. Acompanhar os pedidos dos RTV’s em sistema específico. Realizar o atendimento ao Cooperado, fornecendo informações de preços e outros assuntos pertinentes à comercialização de sementes, com o objetivo de trazer o melhor negócio ao cooperado. Dar suporte às demais áreas e atividades ligadas à comercialização de sementes. Requisitos: Conhecimento em processos de comercialização de sementes. Conhecimento em logística. Conhecimento em gestão de estoques. Conhecimento avançado Pacote Office (desejável Power BI). Experiência em atendimento ao Cooperado será um diferencial. Capacidade de negociação e resolução de problemas. Formação: Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas afins Benefícios: Plano de Saúde. Plano odontológico.
