The Gleneagle Group has an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join our Central Reservations Department.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will handle inquiries and bookings for The Gleneagle Hotel, Gleneagle River Apartments, and The Maritime Hotel, as well as process ticket sales for events at Gleneagle INEC Arena and other venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service while handling reservations and queries.
Process hotel and event bookings efficiently and accurately.
Work collaboratively within a small and friendly team.
Working Hours & Schedule:
5 days per week over 7 days, including weekends.
Shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM (no earlier or later).
Weekend shifts are rotated among the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in a guest-facing role in hospitality or business administration.
Previous experience in front office or reception is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in software applications, email, and word processing programs.
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
Confident and professional when handling reservation calls, ensuring a friendly and informative approach.
