    Business Intelligence (BI) Responsibilities
    Extrapolate and consolidate data from various sources within McKesson by ensuring data integrity and accuracy before creating reports/dashboards.
    Clean, transform, and manipulate data using SQL and basic statistical methods to prepare the data for analysis.
    Partnering with the Data Democratization team, develop data models, databases, and data systems that will be used for analytical purposes.
    Utilize analytical tools and techniques to conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns of the data.
    Develop and maintain clear and concise reports and dashboards leveraging PowerBI to track key performance indicators and business metrics.
    Collaborate with business stakeholders and DS&G to understand their business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
    Document anomalies/data issues to the Technology team on a continual basis.
    Communicate findings effectively using insight storytelling to stakeholders through presentations and reporting, ensuring insights are clear, actionable, and relevant to the business stakeholder.
    Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide insights/recommendations.
    Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
    Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
    6+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or similar function
    Experience with PowerBI and data visualization tools
    Capable of automating manual tasks leveraging PowerApps and Power Automate
    Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation and experience working in the Cloud (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
    Business acumen and the ability to understand and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
