Responsabilidades e atribuições
Realizar o corte e desossa de carnes de acordo com os padrões estabelecidos;
Preparar cortes personalizados conforme as preferências dos clientes;
Garantir a qualidade e frescor das carnes em exposição;
Manter a área de trabalho limpa e organizada; cumprindo os padrões de higiene;
Gerenciar o estoque de carnes e realizar pedidos de reposição quando necessário;
Atender os pedidos dos clientes com cortes especiais e embalagens apropriadas;
Colaborar com a equipe para manter um ambiente de trabalho seguro e eficiente.
Requisitos e qualificações
Experiência comprovada como açougueiro de no mínimo 6 meses;
Habilidades para operar ferramentas e equipamentos do açougue;
Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado;
