Job Title: Supply Chain & Compliance Coordinator
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
As an Supply Chain & Compliance Coordiantor, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
• Assisting with the launch and maintenance of our ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and 27001 systems, collaborating with an outsourced consultant/provider to ensure compliance.
• Overseeing the purchasing process and managing the supply chain, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Managing both new and existing products, ensuring proper control throughout their lifecycle.
• Overseeing stock levels, ensuring timely product launches, and managing inventory processes.
• Handling technical purchasing requirements and ensuring the proper acquisition of materials and products.
• Administering alarms and CCTV systems, ensuring their functionality and reliability.
• Providing administrative support for R&D files and documentation management.
• Monitoring and evaluating suppliers and subcontractors to ensure performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Providing assistance in the warehouse as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in operations, compliance, and supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and 27001 systems.
• Experience with purchasing, product control, inventory management, and technical purchasing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Knowledge of alarm and CCTV systems and administration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Experience working with suppliers, subcontractors, and external consultants.
