Electrician, Ingliston, Salary from £36,000 to £40,000 per annum + OTE up to £50k! + Unlimited Overtime + Company Van Package!
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join an established Facilities Management team, covering Ingliston and surrounding areas. As a Mobile Electrician, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance on various commercial properties. Your duties will include diagnosing and resolving electrical faults to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Electrician Responsibilities:
* Primarily, carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting systems.
* Maintain accurate records using our advanced computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
* Diagnose and resolve electrical faults while adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Work closely with clients to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements for Electricians:
* 17th or 18th edition qualification in electrical installation.
* Ideally previous experience in Facilities Management or Building Services is preferred.
* A recognized apprenticeship with SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
* A full UK driving license is required for this role.
