    Early Years SEND Teaching Assistant

    Early Years SEND Teaching Assistant

    Clockwork Education are currently recruiting for a 1:1 Early Years SEND Teaching Assistant for a lovely school in County Durham. This role is part time and will require you to work half days, 5 days a week.

    Role 1: AM's : 08:30 - 12:00

    Role 2: PM's : 12:00 - 15:30

    Responsibilities

    * Working one-to-one to support a child within Nursery / Reception

    * Supporting the children through all lessons and encouraging them to stay on task

    * Ability to use own initiative and to change lesson plan when needed

    * Good behaviour management

    Requirements

    * Relevant level 2 qualification within EYFS

    * The ability to provide 2 x educational based references (preferably)

    * Enhanced DBS disclosure

    * A keen interest in working with and supporting children with SEND
