    I am looking for an experienced Incident Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead or support Senior Group and Major Incident Managers on Bronze or Silver Incidents.

    Provide timely updates to stakeholders on incident status, service impact, and actions/timelines.

    Run and document Post Incident Reviews (PIRs) and track actions to completion.

    What You'll Need:

    Proven experience in Group (Business) Incident Management.

    Strong leadership and development skills.

    Understanding of key technologies and applications in banking.

    Essentials:

    Strong communication skills.

    Banking experience

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

    Experience in Partner engagement through Incidents, PIRs, and/or Service Reviews.
