    Job Description

    We are looking for an organised and proactive school administrator to support the day-to-day running of a busy school office. This role is perfect for someone with experience in administration, finance, IT, and social media marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of school processes, supporting staff, and engaging with parents and the wider school community.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Manage administrative tasks, including attendance records, student data, and communication with parents

    * Handle finance duties, including invoicing, budget tracking, and procurement support

    * Assist with IT-related tasks, troubleshooting basic issues and supporting staff with digital platforms

    * Oversee social media marketing, ensuring that the school’s online presence is engaging and up to date

    * Support the school’s recruitment, safeguarding, and HR processes

    * Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures

    Required Experience

    * Previous school administration experience

    * Strong skills in IT, finance, and social media marketing

    * Excellent organisational and communication skills

    * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
