Hiring 3rd and 4th year apprentice carpenters!
We are looking to hire 2 apprentice carpenters before April 7th, and 2 more throughout this summer. This job is for the structural wood framing of single and multifamily homes in the Legacy and Wolf Willow areas in the south end of Calgary. Long hours are to be expected in the summer from Monday to Thursday, with half days on Friday, and weekends and holidays off. In the winter you can expect to work between 30 and 44 hours a week, depending on weather and daylight. All positions are full time, and reliability is highly valued in this company.
For 3rd year apprentices with framing experience, the rate is $28.85 an hour.
For 4th year apprentices with framing experience, the rate is $32.50 an hour.
For any apprentice without framing experience, your rate will be based on your skillset. Competent workers catch up fast.
