    **Job Description**:
    **Scopes**

    **Demand - planning (20%)**

    Doing delivery plan and warehouse operation activities follow company regulation and compliance

    **Inbound processing (60%)**

    Coordinate with SOM, sales, and internal functions to ensure customer on-time delivery confirmation

    **Logistics management (15%)**

    Carry out consolidation manage and reduce logistic cost and transportation including quality management claim process

    **Enable LSP claim control, CRM, safety stock, and exchange stock list management (5%)**

    **Responsibilities**
    - General responsibility for warehouse inbound activities on a daily basis such as checking, unloading, claim, put-away, BIN defined follow procedure.
    - Internal coordinate to plan for delivering as customer confirmed on-time in-full
    - Rechecking all goods incoming (physical and in systems) and booking of goods receiving and cut off the stock when moving to block areaensure both way in SAP and excel also up to date all information.
    - Perform unpacking, keep records of shipments arriving, perform label BIN and FIFO put-away when GR.
    - Implementing warehousing and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives follow warehouse operation inbound process and procedure.
    - Monitor balance, shortages, accuracy and ensure all transaction and inventory have been done correctly in both functions. Record and control movement transaction such as check and control all process of inbound and outbound, movement, physical check etc.,
    - Manage quality issues and monitor the claim process, CRM processto be done with record.
    - Other tasks assigned by manager.

    **Qualifications**:
    **Education**:

    - Minimum in Bachelor degree in any related fields.

    **Special Skills**:

    - Understand basic import-export, incoterms
    - Understand principle of ordering process, inventory management, and stock cycle count
    - SAP experience in LE module as a plus

    **Personality**:

    - Customer and detail oriented, ability to meet deadlines
    - Able to handle multiple tasks, strong team player
    - Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skill

    Additional Information
    **Working conditions**
    - Monday to Friday
    - Free lunch & transportation should be arranged by company as per registration
    - Vacation eligibility: follow company working policy.
    - Monday to Friday at 8:00 - 17:00 follow company policy
